Spring 2022 Course Evaluations

I currently work at a corporate law firm so this helped understand the basics. I was hesitant to take this class because I am not interested in business or corporate law, but overall I enjoyed the course. I learned a great deal about agency and the various business entities that I am sure I will come across as a lawyer.
