Spring 2022 Course Evaluations

Professor Eisenstat’s lively demeanor and entertaining disposition made me stay engaged with classes. The textbook is also very straightforward and easy to follow. incredible professor Loved learning this topic of law I learned torts only because I followed up with Barbri, and secondary sources to teach myself. Professor Eisenstat is incredible. He assigned the appropriate reading for each class, assigned a manageable load, recapped each day with the concepts wrapped up in the last class, always, always gave hypos about each topic covered with a variation to help us understand how the facts would change the outcome, and even gave us sample fact patterns throughout the year that he went over in class to help us gauge our understanding at different parts of the semester.
