PROGRAM OF STUDY

Guided Curriculum The Guided Curriculum requirement is added to a student’s program if a first year cumulative GPA of 2.670-2.999 is earned. A student on Guided Curriculum must complete the following academic requirements in addition to the JD requirements and non-academic requirements (2 CLE programs and 50 hours of practical training) to meet degree requirements:

Advanced Survey: Civil, Criminal, Property (2) or Advanced Survey: Contracts, Evidence and Torts (2) -

must be taken in the student’s final year

Commercial Law Survey (4); or Commercial Law Sales (2) and Secured Transactions (3)
