not. This is intended to be a beneficial bar prep course, and having it be graded (based on Barbri lectures and not a Suffolk professor teaching it) is unfair. Other law schools ' bar prep courses are graded P/F, as they want to encourage people to take the class. Additionally, the professor should offer supplemental videos / lectures in addition to the recorded Barbri content. It will make the course more engaging and help fill in confusing topics. I think that the property portion of the class should be conducted in the same lecture format as the prior three subjects were conducted. I found that the scroll-through format was uninteresting and unengaging, and failed to provide us with all of the information that the lectures provided. I found much of my learning done in the same questions afterwards as they outlined rules that were not included in the scroll through portion. too much work for 2 credit class Property module should be like the other topics modules
