What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? N/a Nothing! She is amazing I loved learned about the theoretical aspects of Civil Procedure, but a deeper dive into the nuances of complex litigation would have been great too Sometimes the class discussions were a little repetitive, which sometimes meant we didn ' t always get into depth about the rules. More guidance for the final paper - the presentation was relatively easy to figure out based on the rubric, but we would have benefitted from having a rubric specifically for the paper at the beginning of the semester. Most of the class felt nervous and confused about writing the paper because although we had the presentation rubric, we weren ' t sure if we were placing the right emphasis on certain topics.
