OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

Additional comments I felt that the discussion posts, while a good way to start conversations, weren’t really necessary because the class had good participation from everyone from the first day. I thoroughly enjoyed this class, and appreciated the "mandatory" starting of our paper by class presentations. Professor Simard continues to be one of my favorite educators at this school. I wish all professors could be like Professor Simard. There is no need for improvement in her teaching, her lectures are extremely clear and understandable and she knows how to respectfully diffuse situations. Wonderful course! I am sad it is over. I will miss you in the spring! Thanks so much for a lovely semester! Professor Simard is a great fit for teaching this type of seminar. Prof. Simard is my favorite professor ever. Since having her for my civ pro professor my 1L year, I yearned to have another opportunity to take a class with her. I love how organized her classes are and how she presents information. She makes every topic she teaches extremely interesting!
