Professor Glannon used recent/relevant everyday examples aside from the casebook that really helped me understand how Civil Procedure applies outside of class. I think I came out of this class with a pretty strong knowledge of civil procedure and I think the exams have also helped strengthen my skills in legal writing and analysis. Relevant readings, cold calling helped keep me invested in class
