Clear slides posted. The hypotheticals were definitely helpful to understand the topics. polls, chances to talk concepts out in class Professor Simard ' s overall demeanor while teaching really made the experience great. You could tell she really enjoys teaching the topic and wants students to also enjoy the topic Professor Simard is a great professor! I really appreciated the practice perfect, as I am an interactive learner. Moreover, she made me feel comfortable speaking in class by assigning panels rather than cold calling. I would highly recommend her to any student for Civ Pro. Prof Simard was awesome. She explains things clearly and effectively, and she knows how to keep us engaged The clicker questions were particularly helpful, real application The practice perfects and the E&E book were both very helpful resources to further understand the material. Professor Simard ' s teaching style was incredible. She made the class manageable and entertaining. Her ability to engage the class made learning fun. I am leaving this class confident in my knowledge of civil procedure from what was taught. I am a visual learner and really, really, appreciated Simard ' s use of slides! With slides, I was able to structure my review of the material better because I was able to access the slides and refresh my memory from class discussions. The hypos/poll ev were very helpful in applying what we learned in the text to other situations. Professor Simard is wonderful at engaging the class with questions and encouraging thinking through their answers in a kind and respectful way. I also really appreciate the whiteboard hypos and physical illustrations. The Practice Perfect videos were very helpful, as well as the supplemental problems in the Examples and Explanations book. I also enjoyed on call days as it made me read a bit more carefully and understand the material more effectively. The practice perfect Practice Perfect Materials I love her teaching style I really enjoyed the online quizzes and videos. They were a great tool to ensure I was learning the material.
