In what way(s) did this course benefit your professional or intellectual development? Graded assignments - close to the work i hope to do after graduation I definitely feel more prepared for my job upon graduation and more confident in my contract drafting skills! Knowing how to draft documents will be helpful. Going forward, I feel confident in my ability to read and review contracts, my ability to draft contracts and translate business terms into provisions, and my ability to be a transactional attorney practicing after law school. I owe that confidence to this course and to Professor Ferrey. I learned a significant amount about how to draft a good contract to help your client / manage risks, and I really believe this will help me in my job down the road.
