In what way(s) did this course benefit your professional or intellectual development? Good foundation it made a tough topic digestable I now have a foundational background of business entities. The class has helped expand my knowledge of corporations and partnerships and that has allowed me to have a better understanding of how they apply in my other courses (Ex: Tax M&A). The course helped me understand the basics of entity formation, which I hope to learn more in-depth in the future. He was asked really challenging questions but had a lot patience and encouraged students to keep thinking even if we did not know the answer at first. In many ways.
