Blank pages indicate no response for that question. What aspect(s) of the course or instruction enhanced your learning? The Corporations text is a good test. Professor ' s slides were helpful Reading relevant cases and learning how courts apply rules and standards to fiduciaries and agents. the way he explained things Professor’s lectures are very informative and relevant to the subject. Professor Polito is extremely smart and an expert in what he teaches and it shows. However, he is still patient with students because he understands that business entities is a tough subject to grasp so I really appreciated his patience and the way he reiterated the points he wanted us to fully grasp. All the aspects enhanced my learning. I can tell Professor Polito is very passionate about teaching and that shines through in his lectures. I think Professor Polito, overall is a good professor, but there are definitely areas that I felt could be improved. The slides were helpful during class discussion Professor Polito is one of the best professors I have ever encountered. On top of just being a stand-up human being, his teaching style is very effective. He will answer the same question 50 times if it helps us understand the material, with absolutely 0 complaints. He is one of the good ones and I feel extremely lucky to have been in his class. Professor Polito ' s extensive knowledge. Contrasting the various laws: Delaware incorporation, RUPA, UPA, ULLCA was extremely valuable. And Prof. Polito did a great job of identifying key cases without overwhelming us with reading
