In what way(s) did this course benefit your professional or intellectual development? the cases were easy to follow Thinking about how property law applied to things that I see in everyday life. This was my most challenging course this semester in terms of the difficulty of the material that was taught. I think this course just helped me become a law student. It clarified a lot of concepts I had not understood Learning how to read a case better I now read my leasing agreements and certain aspects of it stick out to me It helped me know I want nothing to do with property law Content was challenging I did not find the material interesting but it helped me push through a lack of interest to get my work done. Property law mixes in with a lot of property crimes so this class helped me understand some of the concepts in my criminal law class I feel as though it really had me thinking outside the box for the things that I didn ' t understand. It also allowed me to use prior knowledge that I had to this class. Property plays a large role in everyday life that I was able to apply a lot of the concepts to scenarios that I have previously been involved in and also gave me ideas of how I could use this information in future work that I do This course taught me a lot about property. I work in real estate law, and this class helped me do my professional job better. Learn the basics of property law. Provided important background in property law. Professor Griffith provided real world examples and insight, which helped my understanding of property law in practice. It benefits my professionalism and intellectual development because it helped me to navigate tough materials in a more efficient manner the more we got through the semester. I am in commercial real estate development and this class has been incredible practical. It taught me information that will be invaluable in my future career. Professor Griffith clearly brings a lot to the table in terms of her personal experience and knowledge of the law. It gave us something to strive for to be able to engage with her at an intellectual level each class because she expected a lot from us and us a lot from her. It taught me property law. I think that the foundation of a property is useful but it is not the area of law that I plan to go into. Helped me read through content in an efficient manner even when it felt very boring to read I definitely think that my intellectual development improved since the first day of class
