Professor Infranca ' s passion for the topics made me really interested in property law, which I was not prior to taking his class. His teaching style accompanied with the slides made the content very easy to follow and understand. His slides were engaging and effective. I enjoyed his hypos as it promoted interesting debate in class. Although it is nerve-wracking, knowing you can get cold-called helped keep me accountable to the information we would discuss in class and made me feel more comfortable speaking in class so I believe it helped. He made class entertaining and engaging. Additionally, he made really helpful slides! The course pack was a very easy course book to follow. I found the organization of the book and the syllabus to be incredibly helpful. Professor Infranca also held his classes in an organized and entertaining manner which very much kept my attention. Professor Infranca was very animated and relatable with his lectures and kept the attention of the class at all times. The material was interesting and applicable to all of our daily lives. Prof Infranca is awesome. he is clear and efficient in his explanations and the class is the perfect amount of challenging. Never thought property could be so riveting. I can thank him for helping me recognize my interest in it. The casebook is written in a way that the material is relatively straightforward, which is not particularly common across all classes. Professor Infranca’s enthusiasm, humor, and engagement as well as drawing parallels to real life application and situations greatly enhanced the experience for me. The cold calling aspect turned out to be very helpful for me. It was frustrating for the first few weeks but once I started getting a better understanding of property, it helped me with the readings because I was understanding what I should be looking for and be prepared to discuss. The visuals in the powerpoints are great. You make the class environment fun. Despite cold-calling, you ' re respectful when people don ' t know the answer. The syllabus was super clear, and having due dates for the reading allowed planning. When there were changes you gave us enough time to adjust. The quizzes were neither too hard nor too easy, though some questions were a little vague at the start of the semester. Your passion for the topic clearly comes through and is a joy to be in class with. I appreciate that you told us the facts of cases on days where it wasn ' t fresh from the reading the night before. Weekly quizzes and short written assignments were very helpful in engaging with the reading. I do well with Professor Infranca ' s teaching style The weekly quizzes and written assignments were extremely helpful in ensuring that I understood the materials.
