straightforward questions during a cold call and would always guide you correctly if you were confused on a question. That prepared us heavily for exams and for our future legal career. Professor Griffith is amazing. Property helped me clearly conceptualize the puzzle pieces that is the law, specifically property law in this class. It became the most apparent to me how all of the concepts worked together or off of each other and I think really helped me begin to think like a lawyer. I learned how to navigate through legal reading effectively I love how Professor Griffith would often ask us to articulate the plaintiff ' s and defendant ' s arguments in the cases. I believe this allowed me to gain a better understanding into how attorney ' s actually apply and articulate the law in favor of their case. We are in constant contact with property so this class helped me build a strong foundation Property taught me how to brief a case to aid in my understanding of it. Property has been by far the most challenging class for me because of the amount of reading that I have had to do. It has been overwhelming, however it has helped me to get into a good routine and take the time to sit down and read. I think property pushed me to start thinking like a lawyer and was a good way to start to learn how to read cases and interpret the law. N/a Property benefitted my intellectual development by providing tough concepts and cases that would juxtapose each other, which then made me have to think about how they connect to each other. The course challenged me to read and analyze problems more critically. The class was beneficial because I felt I had a good understanding of the material after she explained it in each class, she also provided different real-world examples that made the class more interactive. The examples were applicable to the real-world which helped make the material easier to understand. This property course broadly explained my understanding of the subject. Learning about its heritage in the English courts gave me a newfound respect for the profoundness of the subject. Additionally, because of my preparation and learning success, I hope to continue in IP work. I think it helped me understand the fundamental aspects of property law and there are so many more levels of property and ownership that I never considered. This class benefited my understanding of lease agreements. I am now able to apply this knowledge to my everyday life in case something happens with my landlord in the future. The concepts taught in this class were very beneficial, even for someone that doesn ' t want to go into property law because it ' s information that is simply important to know. Learning about the different aspects of Property Law made me aware of how much of it is important to know for every day life (ex: leases, life estates, etc). Allowed me to see how important property, specifically real property is. Also made me aware of all
