will always support you. Professor Griffith is very clear about what she expects from us for every class. She is always on point with getting everything she assigns done in class so it doesn’t feel like we wasted any time reading or preparing. She is straightforward, direct, clear, and a very effective teacher. She praises us when we are correct or doing well, but she isn’t afraid to tell us when we aren’t quite on it. When she is correcting us, she is very respectful and kind and helps foster an understanding of what you didn’t understand. I really appreciate her style of teaching, and I felt like I got so much out of simply going to class every day. I benefit from her lectures Professor Griffith enhanced my learning by being very articulate and direct about the material. She always answered questions very thoughtfully and ensured that students were following along and understanding the major concepts. I also really loved how she would give real world examples in order to portray very difficult concepts. She was very clear in class and explained what we needed to know I appreciated that we took the time to go through the cases and she made sure we understood them before applying the concepts to the principle problem. Professor Griffith explained things in a very clear way. She also always answered questions. Prof Griffith was very clear and concise in class regarding the take aways and rules from the cases. She distilled down the material so that it was understandable. N/a Professor Griffith ' s enthusiasm for the class helped enhance my learning because it made me want to engage and pay attention. Also, she wasn ' t afraid to be honest with the class, like sometimes she criticized the rules and was critical of some of the case decisions. This made me relate to her because as a 1L, learning hard concepts that seem overly complex like the Rule Against Perpetuities is hard enough, while she would then criticize the rule as archaic. the lectures were engaging. Professor Griffth did a good job of breaking down the material and describing the different assignments in each class. She also was easy to understand and stayed on topic. The structure was easy to understand and she also had extra information on her blackboard page. Being in person was a significant impact on my learning experience. Having this class in person drastically changed the dynamic. Prof. Griffith stuck to an organized syllabus and explained the cases and rules fully and succinctly in classes. I never felt that we were moving at an unreasonable pace. As long as I kept up my reading and outlining the amount I absorbed was entirely up to me. I found the blackboard quizzes helpful as a check on learning for different lessons. Prof. Griffith also made the more difficult subjects (RAP, easements, equitable servitudes) more digestible through her powerpoints.
