Fall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

In what way(s) did this course benefit your professional or intellectual development? I feel like I can manage myself in situations were conflicts arise. I can utilize skills in this course to the job I am in now and will be able to use them in the future. I also have more confidence and validation in my ability to negotiate effectively. I learned about how I present difficult situations and how to face problems knowing this. Learning how to work with people with different personality / argument methods was really key in this course. It has given me a toolbox of negotiation strategies that I can choose from depending on different situations that are presented to me in my professional career. Also the course helped me to identify my current negotiation style, which is not appropriate for all situations and also gave me ways to break out of this engrained style.
