Fall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

Blank pages indicate no response for that question. What aspect(s) of the course or instruction enhanced your learning? Simulations were all great and in my opinion the best way too learn. Professor Chiang ' s use of role play exercises in class with reflections to be made via journal entries afterward was an effective tool for learning the material. Her background in negotiation / mediation was great to learn from. She had insight on most issues as she has seen them before in her own professional practice. The role playing simulations were a great way to learn and practice the material. I felt like I actually got a chance to try out the negotiation strategies that we learned in class so that I can start to put them to use in my professional career.
