Fall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? Too much work in between two presentation, a paper, weekly journals, and three novels. I feel like the class would still be as stimulating in absence of the board discussions. Lastly, all negotiation classes ended before our class did, which I find unfair and not conducive towards success. In addition to assigning a chapter from the Shell book for presentation, doing the same for the Collywobbles book may be beneficial for the students or at the very least keep them honest by ensuring they have covered some parts of the book. I found the material in Collywobbles translated to what I learned from the Shell book and vice versa. Maybe somehow do more of the simulations / role plays. We did one a class and that was great, but I wanted more. Maybe shorter simulation facts that people can argue and try to come up with the best deal. Cold call I think the class could be further improved by dedicating even more time to the role play situations.
