Great course - loved it! Great professor. I really liked how he brought in materials so we could see how this topic is applied in practice. enjoyable class Stay awesome! :) I highly recommend Prof. Ahearn as a professor and also recommend this class. Professor Ahearn is a great instructor and I enjoyed taking his class. This has been far and away my favorite course at Suffolk, as a 3L. Prof. Ahearn is a wonderful teacher, created a respectful learning environment with space to ask questions, interrogate the material, and walk away with practical skills. I have no doubt this course will have a significant positive impact on my future as a lawyer - thank you. There is a need for a textbook/casebook with all cases which we covered! Great Professor, very kind man! Thanks for a great semester!
