would approach the work. I also particularly liked the reviews at the start of each class. The powerpoints and cases were really helpful to see how the different types of analysis were applied. Prof. Ahearn is the expert in this field and it shows. He had a great demeanor throughout the semester that made his zoom sessions fun and engaging. All. Very well balanced course with good mix of topics, case law, slides to clarify key points (without too much detail), and use of video to illustrate how practice looks in reality (very rare -- only Prof. whose done something like that!)
