Spring 2022 Course Evaluations

Blank pages indicate no response for that question. What aspect(s) of the course or instruction enhanced your learning? I enjoyed Prof. Rodwin’s use of ’themes’ for each lecture and a clear progression through relevant topics. I also found as we progressed, our learning came ’full circle’ as the earlier taught themes emerged again in the new topics - which reflects how thoughtful Prof. Rodwin was in mapping out the curriculum. I thought Prof. Rodwins use of videos and documentaries in class and our readings was a nice addition. What I particularly liked about the course was the variety of topics and materials (readings, documentaries, video-clips etc.) we have discussed and the engaging learning atmosphere in class. The readings, videos, and class lectures were most beneficial. The weekly assignments helped me engage with the material better Class presentations I appreciated the multidimensional instruction provided from time to time via the videos, readings, and class presentations. Professor Rodwin is a great teacher who really understands this topic. The live lectures and the discussions were very helpful. It was nice to hear others’ thoughts and opinions. Having weekly assignments really helped me stay engaged with the material and understand the material. Professor Rodwin did a great job in keeping us accountable for our work and be engaged. I love the public policy portion of the course in addition to the case law The readings were overall informative and the videos in class helped with connecting the readings to various scenarios. The lectures were very informative and easy to follow
