The PowerPoints were great Prof. Dyment does an excellent job of putting theory and readings into real world context and examples. I really can connect the studies to applicable work. Amazing connection between textbook concepts and real world practice I thought the slide shows and also the presenters were great Professor Dyment’s enthusiasm for tax law is apparent from the the beginning of the first class and never wavers. That energy made it easy to pay attention. I liked how the professor frequently had stories about his time practicing in the area to highlight the lesson The relevance to the real world. Instead of just learning the material Prof Dyment explained how different areas of SALT are applied to his daily practice as a partner at BDO. Professor Dyment is an excellent lecturer and brings practical, real-world perspectives to the materials learned in class. I found I learned the most when he applied the class material to a situation he had encountered in practice or talked it out on the whiteboard.
