OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? As with all classes, you can ' t make students participate if they dont want to. I think the class should be pass/fail since the bar exam is pass/fail. n/a

I found the property videos and trainings less engaging that the other units and felt that answering questions in the middle of the trainings did not work as well for me as watching videos on the whole topic beforehand. Possibly more time spent in class going over the modules instead of just practice questions. None--a perfect class. I felt Prof. Ciarimboli facilitated an excellent class. I think there was a lot of work for it being a 2 credit class but I also didn ' t rush through the assignments because I wanted to make sure I was getting the most out of it. Honestly, nothing. The asynchronous nature of the class meant that it was easy to blow off the recordings or to skip through them. This is obviously not a problem solely on the professor but the way the class material is presented could be improved. The hybrid organization of the class makes sense. Coming into the city for an hour long midterm on a Friday night could be changed though
