Blank pages indicate no response for that question. What aspect(s) of the course or instruction enhanced your learning? I really liked the negotiation because that ' s real life lawyering. the negotiation was helpful, but i think we could have prepared a little more as a class going into them- many of us were confused on the provisions in the contracts and how they routinely work in the music industry I really enjoyed how open the conversations were in class. The setting typically was Professor Gaglini lecturing (with the occasional slides, video, or article on the screen), but she would ask really engaging and thought-provoking questions that would help further aid our understanding of the topic, and we ' d discuss them together. The readings and the negotiation! I loved the Negotiation. I really liked that we did the negotiation in pairs against other classmates, it was engaging and the prompt was tough, so it made us super active for hours thinking about our wants and needs and what we want to give up and fight for in a negotiation. The negotiations were fun and the fact patterns were extensive enough that we had plenty to work on. There were no obvious solutions (shown by how differently each deal came out), so that gave us plenty of room to get creative. She provided us with example contracts for management deals and that was the most helpful in learning
