Additional comments He ' s a really nice guy who cares about the students understanding the material and clearly has a background with real world experience relevant to this class. I will note that his method of teaching with the "script" style notes can be confusing. Honestly, you are a great and knowledgeable professor, the problem is your teaching format. I look at my outline and it ' s all case notes/briefs. It ' s not really about concepts as much. And it ' s not that helpful to study the cases when I don ' t fully understand the concepts underlying it I love this class and all the sections are taught in a very organized way. Will definitely recommend this class to others.
