terminology of property, but some people struggled with concepts. Additional help outside of the coursebook would definitely be helpful. It would be helpful if the professor would answer questions in class instead of either skipping over the student or telling them that she can ' t help them. In addition, it would be helpful if the professor would provide some background information to the class about the material we will be learning like definitions or something instead of reading straight from the textbook. Professor Griffith teaches by going over the cases. It is all centered around the cases and it’s hard to decipher what concept or topic we are really focusing on because we spend so much time doing in depth analysis of the cases. When she explains things, she reads directly from the book so coming to class is not any more helpful than reading the book on our own. The only improvement I would say is it ' s hard to hear sometimes and would be beneficial if the mic could go louder. I think condensing Property into one semester made it challenging to learn the material. It was a high volume of work and material. I felt I could not fully retain the information on a weekly basis. Maybe more resources to help study like extra practice questions or midterms I feel that it should be a little bit more engaging than usual.
