OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations
Spending more time on the harder assignments such as 9,10, and 24-25. I did feel like spending an extra week on each of these assignments would have been quite beneficial to my understanding of some of these tougher concepts. For me, some of the concepts/cases can be a bit boring at times but I think Professor Griffith does a great job at thoroughly teaching everything and her sense of humor really gets us through each class ! class was very fast-paced- could use more review I feel like the amount of material covered in this class was a lot compared to some of my other classes. So taking it all in was difficult. I am not sure how you would improve this other than breaking it into two semesters. The instruction was proper but I would recommend that since property is now taught in a semester, to either stop teaching new content by thanksgiving or to give a graded midterm that covers till concurrent estates and final after easements or allow a sheet of paper for the final. The amount of material covered did feel a lot. But I prefer that it be taught in one semester. I think it would have been nice to have a little extra time to work on assignment 9 in class. It was a lot of material in one semester. From my understanding, only a little more subject matter was required of the course when it was in two semesters. I think that if the course is to be in one semester, the amount of content could be reevaluated. N/A, Professor Griffith is very methodical and clear in her teaching and relates well to students. I have nothing for this section. If anything, prof. Griffith could try to have more resources to look back to. After class, there are few aids to help. Honestly, I don ' t have much that could be improved...the only class disruptions were the rare tech difficulties that were always fixed as soon as possible. The coursework needs to be cut in half. It is far too dense which is no fault of the professor but it is a fault to the amount of time ratio to the amount of work and logic needed. Nothing. Professor Griffith is excellent. She sometimes has difficulty hearing the students, but I in no way blame her for this. Professor Griffith can try to be a little more interactive with the presentations but everything else was perfect
