OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

Blank pages indicate no response for that question. What aspect(s) of the course or instruction enhanced your learning? I have learned a lot in this class that I would have never thought about had I not come to law school. Professor Griffith is very knowledgable about the subject and does a great job using her experience to help the class better understand the material. Griffith is great, and she helps us understand the material very well It helped with issue-spotting and picking up on those skills. Going over the principle problems in depth helped with my understanding of the material. Professor Griffith provides great supplemental materials! She ' s a fantastic professor and uses her amazing experience to supplement our learning. My analysis of cases and what is important was greatly helped by Prof. Griffith The aspects of encouraging group discussion during class was great. Not many of my other professors did that and it stood out. I felt as though the quizzes provided on Blackboard were helpful in gauging my level of understanding for each topic we covered. Professor griffith’s lectures I found the process of doing principal problems in class and the quizzes on Blackboard very helpful. Professor Griffith is straightforward and kind. She handled the classroom well, and kept the material moving at an appropriate pace. I believe the textbook we use in class helps explain the rules of property law. I like how we are assigned about two chapters a week and then discuss not only the cases but the notes and principal problem as a class. I also believe the TA review sessions help condense all the topics we learn about throughout our chapters. Professor Griffith also posts weekly quizzes and gives a variety of hypothetical problems to review the concepts. Relating the concepts to real life Professor Griffith was clear and concise with her instruction, and was helpful in answering questions. Professor Griffith is easily one of the smartest people when it comes to all things property law so I found it really beneficial to learn from her over the course of the semester the readings are very clear Professor Griffith enhanced my learning by teaching property in a way that we can connect to and understand, always being open for questions and clarification and connecting the course content with relatable examples. Professor Griffith always stays on track and gets directly to the point.
