A little bit clearer direction on what we ' re going to discuss in each class, this way it would be easier to prepare accordingly. I would have liked to cover more material, including more corporate insider duties, insider trading, etc. I believe that would be a helpful addition. Additionally, the class typically started 5 minutes late and ended 15 minutes early. I would have preferred instead to use that time to cover more material. Additionally, while professor Pizano many times engaged students and promoted discussion, there were other times when it was all lecture. I would have preferred 100% all guided discussion and less lecturing. I ' m a visual learner myself, so while I enjoyed Professor Pizzano ' s teaching style, some sort of visual (even if it ' s just the syllabus and pointing to where we are to help us visualize where we are in a course that does a lot of back and forth) may be helpful. I wish this covered other business entities like coops, but I get that those aren ' t tested on the bar so no one cares. Classroom instruction could be improved with the use of visual aids. For example, if there is an important definition provided, if it would have been available on a PowerPoint or on the board, it would have been easier to follow the lecture.
