In what way(s) did this course benefit your professional or intellectual development? I now have a better understanding of the model rules Good to have this class before the MPRE in March. not much. I taught myself and the professors input had little impact on my learning very important to know the rules we have to follow as attorneys have a better understanding of the model rules of professional conduct I learned a lot about ethics and the different ways that it can be seen in a lawyer ' s career. The debates and discussions on ethically difficult practice problems helped me internalize the rules and develop my own opinions on ethics. He asked questions that really made us think and challenged us to find answers that were not the most obvious. The Professor did emphasize how important the rules are in practice.
