OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? Professor McCurdy ' s and the guest lecturing added value to the textbook. This is one of those classes where one cannot learn Banking Law without attending class. In other words, I prefer the lectures over reading the book. From having a professional career before law school, I knew the importance of doing one ' s research/investopedia before class. The BRKL presentations from the web could replace the book completely. Theory and doctrine are only important in the context of their application in my view. This class was less doctrine and more practical. More applicable to everyday and my career trajectory. Overall i thought the course was great. This was by far my favorite class i ' ve taken at suffolk yet. I don ' t have any changes. More specific reading assignments. Use a consistent textbook. Often reading assignments would be extremely long but the class would only discuss a small portion.
