Fall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? Honestly, I ' m not sure. I can ' t imagine a negotiation course going much smoother. nothing Exercises were outdated. None, really. It was a great class. Vary cases a little more so that they are not around similar topics (many of them were related to real state). Since the class is only once a week I would say my only wish would be if the negotiation packets were sent via email every week instead of physically handed out, and I only say this because it ' s easy to lose track of something in a full week ' s time. I think what could be improved is the introduction to the class. The readings at the beginning of the class were a lot and hard to conceptualize without having been in class. Otherwise, I think this was a great learning and practical experience. I don ' t think this class needs to be 2 hours; Maybe updating the negotiation prompts
