Fall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? None If possible more guest lectures, they really are a good way to understand what ' s happening in the real world. Cleared power point presentation slides and access to more of the slides used in class would help with exam prep and review. I think if Professor Franco provided the entire syllabus at the start of the semester it would help with long-term planning, but otherwise, the course is perfect. Slides could be better organized. I think it would make more sense to have all the powerpoints available on Blackboard, rather than a short slide deck. I do not want to wrote down everything his slides say but sometimes are not sure if the given slide will be on Blackboard so I write the content down, which takes away from listening to professor ' s comments/remarks.
