I thought the lectures were vrey good The use of visual representations and guest speakers The problem sets were very helpful in demonstrating the concepts discussed in class This class is very heavy on case readings and in these case readings the transactions that are taking place between businesses can be very complex. Professor Franco does a good job of breaking down these complex transactions throughout his powerpoints. The guest lecture and Professor ' s use of current M& deals as reference were helpful. Professor Franco does a great job organizing the presentation of the materials in a clear order that made it easier to learn. The lectures and problem sets were helpful for enhancing my understanding of the material. I think the PowerPoints were helpful, especially Prof. Franco ' s diagrams within the slides to help illustrate the transactions. Also, the guest speakers were great for hearing about how M&A plays out in real life. His powerpoints were great to help guide class discussions. The content can be difficult so all of his graphics breaking down the transactions were very helpful, and having key facts, statutes, standards, and other relevant information on the slides helped me better process the content of the class. He explains the facts of the case in an engaging manner that helps me remember it better and also more interested in the course material. He also presents a complicated subject matter relatively clear manner.
