PROGRAM OF STUDY

Guided Curriculum The Guided Curriculum requirement is added to a student’s program if a first year cumulative GPA of2.670 2.999 is earned. A student on Guided Curriculum must complete the following academic requirements in addition to non-academic requirements (2 CLE programs and 50 hours of practical training) to meet degree requirements:

Advanced Survey: Civil, Criminal, Property or Advanced Survey: Contracts,

Evidence, Tors Legal (2) – must be taken in the student’s final year

Business Entity Fundamentals (4)

Evidence (4 credits)

Commercial Law Survey (4), or Commercial Law Sales (2) and Secured Transactions (3)

Criminal Procedure (3)

Family Law (3)

Trusts and Estates (4)
