Contracts, Civil Procedure, Criminal Law, Property, and Torts. Once eligible, students will have the option of taking the diagnostic in the May or August administration, or both if necessary. Students who score below 50 are required to meet with a bar preparation adviser and will be permitted to retake the exam as many times as necessary to achieve that passing score.

Exam Accommodations

Requests for Exam Accommodations must be filed yearly; no later than 60 days prior to the start of the examination period.

Exam Reschedules No later than 10 days prior to the start of the examination period.
