Unprofessional and disruptive physical behavior such as horseplay, excessive noise or throwing objects from windows, roofs, or balconies. Physical assault or verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment, or coercion, including, but not limited to, any conduct that threatens or endangers the health or safety of another person. Any action that insults, stigmatizes, threatens, or endangers another individual or that subjects another person to physical or emotional injury, because of that individual’s race, gender, disability, age, marital status, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, genetic information and/or personal characteristics* Any action that violates the University’s Policy Against Discrimination and Harassment. Sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, or inappropriate behavior of a sexual nature* Use, possession, manufacture and/or distribution of illegal drugs or medications prescribed to another. Attempted use or use of electronic devices that invade a person’s privacy.
*Violations related to sexual harassment and sexual misconduct are covered by the University Sexual Misconduct Policy
B. Disciplinary Procedure
The Law School has promulgated a formal disciplinary procedure for handling allegations of student misconduct. The procedure is available on the law school’s website and from the Dean of Students Office.
XII. CHANGES TO REGULATIONS
The Law School reserves the right to change the schedule of classes, the program of instruction, the requirements for credits or degrees, and any rule or regulation established for the government of the student body in the school. Any such change may be made applicable to students already enrolled in the Law School.
