I loved the questions to check my understanding in the videos and all the hands on work in class. Getting the practice is priceless The in-class discussions about the subject matter and the resources given enhanced my learning. I liked receiving personal feedback from my instructor on my essay assignments. Getting feedback on our essays and MPT was so helpful! Prof was so funny and nice, it really helped keep it interesting the barbri videos Videos and Practice questions I am very happy I took this class. Professor Ciarimboli is excellent at going through the practice questions and presenting the materials in a comprehensive way. The professor went through the incorrect answers to questions and explained why they were incorrect the videos Clear syllabus and assignments. Class format was also consistent so I knew what to expect in class. I appreciated trying questions on my own then discussing them as a whole to get better at MC and essay writing. The modules that we completed for homework were extremely helpful because they were both interactive and included both short answer and multiple choice questions to help solidify my understanding of the area of law being tested. Also, the use of practice questions in class were helpful in that they presented different questions each time, which helped me to develop a further understanding of the law we covered. The modules are a great way to have the concepts concisely relayed to students as opposed to just reading the provided outlines multiple times. I think the best part about this course was the practice essays for each individual topic and for the MPT because it really helped me see what I need to do to be better prepared for the bar and what areas I need to focus on. The essays and videos. The practice responses were helpful. Going through multiple choice questions and the systematic approach for answering certain questions in preparation for the Bar was extremely helpful. Professor provided good tips for particular questions that I would not have known other wise.

Prof. Ciarimboli is hands-down the best. She makes ADV SVY an effective and efficient recap of contracts, evidence, and torts. She brings the material to life, and is engaging. She also takes the time to review our essays and practice materials in D2L, providing "real-time" feedback to incorporate. 6
