Spring 2022 Course Evaluations
Additional comments
Nothing nice to say. None Professor Eisenstat made Tort law very interesting. He explained the material in a way that was easy to understand and I would take many more courses with him if possible. There were several discussions in class that were irrelevant, immaterial, and were borderline offensive. I believe these discussions have been addressed, but nonetheless, it is important to mention in review. (Henrietta Lacks discussion, conversations re: Ukraine). Professor Eisenstat NEEDS a TA. He doesn’t present material effectively and frequently mid-sentence I really enjoyed learning under professor Eisenstat this semester. He is a fun and jovial guy with a genuine passion and enjoyment for teaching. He is funny, unfiltered and crude yet warm and caring towards students. Although there were some mishaps in communication on some topics having to do with current events, I believe Professor Eisenstat has the best intentions and a good heart. He has been a favorite of mine this semester and I hope to take more classes with him in the future. Professor Eisenstat has been one of my favorite professors at Suffolk. He is sweet, passionate about torts, and makes learning torts feel do-able. I have not felt this way about any class but his ability to portray the material in a clear way and distinguish different scenarios, along with his hypos, made this my favorite class of the semester. will switch his thoughts. Incredibly scattered and hard to follow Thank you, Professor! Best Professor 1L year for doctrinal class! This class needs a TA.
