Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed Professor Glannon’s class. It was a very satisfying educational experience. great professor Could use a way to track attendance. Professor Glannon is the perfect law professor. He teaches the way he writes; it’s all clear, organized, and helpful. And the cold-calling is engaging, easy to follow, and respectful. If all professors were like Professor Glannon, law school would be a far less stressful experience. .. I just want to reiterate what i stated above, he is a perfect professor for 1Ls who are really just starting and need the fundamental pieces before being thrown in. He also uses layman’s terms which makes everyone in the class feel included and seen. He is also very approachable and welcoming. His book is actually extremely helpful and worth buying. Extremely nice and great lecturer. I would appreciate if you went over what you wanted from the midterm before the midterm as it was a different style than other professors. A great professor, honestly. My dad had him years ago and it made it so much more special to speak with my family about my law journey when I could relate it to why I wanted to go in the first place!! Good class!! Professor Glannon has a tendency to walk around the room & gets in students personal space when calling on them. With COVID, it felt a little uncomfortable and intimidating The wording of the questions on the quizzes was confusing and often felt like they were trying to trick you. Great prof. Good professor. Would help if he asked students to speak up so that everyone can hear the answers. Because of his teaching style, it is sometimes to keep track of answers/hypos. Maybe he can repeat someone’s answer for the class so that all can hear it. Professor Glannon is an incredible teacher. His care and attention to the subject and students in class is excellent, and how he conducts his office hours is not only effective in clarifying any points of confusion but also affords us the opportunity to connect with our professor one on one. During his office hours, he also makes a point of trying to get to know us as individuals, which is incredibly meaningful.
