What did you like most about the online portion of the course and what areas could be improved?
I love the flexibility. The deadlines were on days that are not technically holidays but days people typically dont work so it was not ideal but manageable I just loved how I could learn on my own time. It helped me feel more prepared for studying for the bar this summer. I also appreciate how Professor DeFabritiis was available through email or to meet at a time outside of her office hours to answer additional questions. I liked all of it. Na online flexibility and practice is good I liked the flexibility a lot. I loved the quizzes and check in questions after each module. I see nothing that could be improved. liked that it was fully online the asynchronous abilities I liked the flexibility and I really did not have any dislikes I appreciated how thorough the modules were, but I often felt that study tips were given AFTER quizzes were taken. This was apparent around the midterm. After taking the midterm, the modules provided tips for improving how to study for the exam - helpful in the long run, but completely ineffective for this course. I really like the online modules we work through because I think they provide great explanations and students can really work through them at a pace they require individually (that might be different than other students) when necessary. If things are a bit more challenging, I have the ability pause the video, go back, listen again and/or work through the problem sets again - which I think is a great feature of this online course. It was very nice working on my own time. My schedule tended to shift week to week so attending these a my discretion was beneficial. the ability to take the classes on my own time Ability to work on your own schedule. I don’t have the qualifications to suggest Barbri do anything differently It was really well organized and the content was great. Some weeks the amount of work was unreasonable while other weeks it was pretty low. I would’ve loved a bit more balance. Time going through the explanatory answers was not factored into the time commitment listed. For evening students who work full time, this was definitely a hindrance. I personally had to completely overhaul my study plan on several occasions in order to accommodate unlisted by planned work. I liked the ability to take the class from home on my own schedule.
