OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

Blank pages indicate no response for that question. What aspect(s) of the course or instruction enhanced your learning? I really enjoyed the practice questions and skill reinforcement modules to help put the concepts into perspective. Loved getting into the Barbi material to understand how the bar prep will go. Nice to have a jump start! I would never have gotten as much out of this class in a structured class section. These topics are challenging and so being able to go over them at my own pace, rewinding when I needed to hear something again, or re-taking hypo questions to practice more was a fantastic bonus the the asynchronous class. The videos broke down the elements I liked that it was asynchronous and at our own pace. So often 3L is crazy hectic, and being able to do this when I ' m able is actually really helpful. Also, the barbri quizzes in the middle of our learning are super helpful to gauge our understanding. everything I really appreciated how Prof. DeFabritiis communicated well with us each week and made herself available, even though it was all through BarBri. I really enjoyed the way that the Barbri videos laid out the materials. It was organized and the perfect amount of material to refresh what we already learned 1L year. The material was very helpful, organized, and a great refresher. I enjoyed the videos with the Learning Checks throughout. I learned the most through the quiz questions & answers. It was great to have a flexible class in my schedule. I also am glad I am getting a jump start to bar preparation and learning how best to utilize bar-video-prep. I liked being able to review the material with quizzes and wish there had been more practice quizzes available to us in order to prep for the midterm/final. It was at most an "okay" refresher on topics.
