OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

Additional comments Civil Procedure has consistently been my favorite class and I attribute much of the enjoyment to Prof. Glannon. Visual aids would be extremely helpful in this course. Best teacher I ' ve ever had. Please continue not allowing laptops in class! It is less distracting and I think helped encourage people to be attentive and engaged. Honestly, really enjoyed this class because of how interactive it is Great course and great professor! I want to take a moment and thank professor Gannon for such a great class experience. His method and style of conducting a course was vastly different than other professors I had this semester, and I found it incredibly engaging and a great challenge. I had a great amount of fear coming into this class, but Gannon erased all of that fear for me. Not only is Gannon ' s deep understanding of civil procedure inspiring, his approach to the material, including hypos & an awesome sense of humor, always made my day. Overall, the class was challenging and hurt my brain most of the time with all the gray areas of law but I know I will be better prepared than other students who did not have Professor Glannon for Civil Procedure. N/A Professor Glannon was great and the class overall was fantastic. I can ' t say enough good things about it. I would sell my soul to Suffolk University to take torts with him next semester and conflict of law immediately after [and by that I mean pay a little extra maybe :) ]. Thanks, Professor! Prof. Glannon is THE expert, it ' s a honor to be taught by him. Sometimes that comes with ego, but he ' s kind, respectful and always listens to the students. His cold call process encourages you to get the readings done but if you struggle, he doesn ' t embarrass you. Quizzes are insanely hard at the start but by the end of class, you ' ve definitely learned the material. Studying for finals and realizing he managed to teach me all of this! Prof. Glannon is a gem. I had so much fun in this class and would take it again if I could in order to relearn the material and be prepared for the Bar exam. Annie did a great job as a TA, she was always quick to respond to emails and questions!
