OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? Maybe make the class smaller? I think if it was smaller class we wouldn ' t feel rushed to get to the next person and we could all provide better feedback. More time for the final exam would be good as well. None of us really got to collaborate or practice much because of the holiday. It made it so one person in our group thought he needed to do everything and we all just went along with his themes. Maybe video us on our openings and again on our semester ending closings to see how far we ' ve come? Would also help to see how we move or don ' t move plus any other physical tics. Requiring student to take notes while other students are going? I felt like the first person to go would usually have less comments because it had been 5-10 minutes since they went and people forgot what they said. We did not adhere to the rules of evidence at all, which is frustrating because it is less helpful to know how to conduct a trial, but not how to navigate those rules, which is a pretty huge part of trial strategy. I wish we had focused on that a lot more than we did.
