OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? I wish we had a rubric of the grading at the beginning of the semester.

Maybe some more clarity regarding the rules of evidence and how to enter items into evidence. This was the 2-credit version of the class. I had not realized this was an abbreviated version of the 3-credit course. I think that the more time that a 3-credit version would have provided would have been beneficial, just for experience handling each portion. For instance, I did not go during the class early on in the semester where we did closing arguments. My partner handled closing arguments during our final trial. So while I did many of the other exercises, I never did a closing argument.
