What aspect(s) of the course or instruction enhanced your learning? the TA slides Going over the principal problems in class to evaluate what we learned The TA ' s review session really helped me solidify my understanding of the material. Very clear concepts and vocabulary Going through the principal problems together as a class and understanding both sides of the arguments while applying cases from the assignment. going over power points in class and TA material after class The powerpoint presentations Professor Griffith made and presented were very helpful Powerpoints and visuals Professor Griffith was very knowledgable on the subject and never made it embarrassing to get a question wrong. The in depth principle problem review also helped. the TA hours and the slide shows provided for difficult concepts I thought the reading was understanding, and I thought that it was easy to understanding the different assignments and what was expected of us each and every class. I believe the way the course is structured and doing certain concepts at a time enabled me to comprehend each concept. Drawing maps on the board and visual examples were helpful. The TA provided slides that were very helpful in grasping the material. The professor also allocated the appropriate amount of time to each Assignment. Knew the material very well and was very well acquainted with the textbook. I appreciated analyzing the principal problems of each chapter that demonstrated the concepts and legal rules of the cases. The integration of the TA helped explain difficult topics, and cold calling kept me vigilant The expectations were very clear: read the text book and you will understand and be able to participate in class discussions. All of this would translate to the final and so, therefore, our confidence going into exams would be well-informed because we knew what to expect. The flow of the assignments. I liked the principal problems in the book. Clearly explained the content to the best of her ability even when the content was challenging I appreciated the diagrams that Professor Griffith presented with us when it came to harder assignments and it also helped when she drew on the board when it came to harder to imagine Learning about easements strongly enhanced my learning. The cold calling helped me be better prepared for class
