I appreciated Professor Griffith ' s clear setting of expectations at the outset of the course and consistency and fairness throughout the semester. She helped make my first semester enjoyable and provided a solid foundation for me to figure out how to approach law school classes and my own organization and management. Professor Griffith was very helpful outside of the classroom. Whenever I had a question I was never afraid to ask her nor did I feel like they were "stupid" questions. Overall, I really enjoyed this class and having Professor Griffith as a professor. This class has caused me some stressed but I have enjoyed the professor. She has a good sense of humor and has the ability to make seemingly boring topics fun and engaging. Honestly she is one of my favorite professors that I have ever had. Professor Griffith is fantastic and any 1L would be lucky to learn from her! This course was fantastic. It was an honor to take a class led by such a knowledgeable professor. Thank you for a great semester! Professor Griffith is highly effective in teaching the concepts of property law, some of which can be fairly convoluted and complex. Her straightforward, common sense, no nonsense approach is one that more professors should adopt. Absolutely going to miss Professor Griffith next semester and am hoping to take state + local government law! A truly great professor, thankful I was able to take this class. I ' m a big fan of Professor Griffith and she ' s a great first year professor! Professor Griffith is exactly what I expected a professor of law to be. She is extremely knowledgeable about the topic, has a clear passion for it, and was happy to engage when I wanted a deeper understanding. Professor Griffith is also commanding—she begins class exactly on time and gets the room’s attention almost immediately. At first this was intimidating; having her for our very first class was slightly intimidating. But once we understood her expectations, and demonstrated our understanding, I found her to be among the most welcoming professors I’ve had. I did not think I would be particularly interested in property before coming to Suffolk, but professor Griffith has made me interested. I would gladly take another of her classes in the future. I hope my future professors are like professor Griffith. She was a joy. Professor Griffith is an incredible teacher. She presents material in a clear, concise way and allows student questions without getting bogged down with irrelevant queries. I look forward to taking more classes with her.
