OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? I loved Prof Schendel ' s instruction. I almost wish the class was maybe 30 min longer so that we could discuss the rules a little more (or apply them to the cases/reading). I loved class discussion, but I found myself wanting to really tease apart some of the rules to make sure I knew how they worked. moving more essential lessons, like conflicts, earlier in the semester I think it might be beneficial for Prof. Schendel to call on students. I wasn ' t really motivated to do the readings because we weren ' t called on.
