OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

Additional comments I appreciate the humor Professor Newhouse brought to his lectures. MUST reduce workload. This was absolutely unnecessary and I would not recommend the class to others based on the amount of work It would make more sense for this class to meet twice a week for an hour than once a week for two hours. Repetition helps a lot, and this would increase our knowledge of the rules. I don ' t understand why the final is essay, when the MPRE is multiple choice. And the class was very expensive with additional books and the additional software needed for the course. It felt as though we were very behind then rushed through the material during the last few classes.I tried completing the quizzes as we finished each chapter, but I needed to take quizzes before we even covered the respective chapter because we were so behind. I do appreciate that the quizzes were only graded based off completion, and they were a helpful study tool.
