OLDFall 2022 Law School Course Evaluations

What aspect(s) of the course or instruction could be improved? Two things - I think more class time should be spent discussing and/or promoting strategies to improve our physical and mental health. The course is advertised to address that stuff, but really we were just assigned a self-help book and that was it. Second, I found Kaplan a bit abrasive. He ' s not unkind, but I think he tries too hard to be funny and his sarcasm gets old. The course is also in deep need of a real syllabus. I found it too free-wheeling to be all that helpful.
